Hi there! I’m Jessica, the heart behind Front Porch Sittin’.

I was raised in the beautiful mountains outside of Denver, where I developed my love for the great outdoors. Colorado has always felt like home, and I’m so grateful to raise my two daughters here. Whether it’s hiking, camping, or just playing a game with friends and family, I believe life is best when it’s active and shared with loved ones.

I’m a former social worker who made the big decision to step away from that career to focus more on my family. These days, you’ll find me substitute teaching at my girls’ school, co-leading their Girl Scout troop, or coaching their volleyball team. As a mom, I know how fast these moments fly by, and I want to be there for all of it.

That’s part of why I started this boutique—Front Porch Sittin’ is my way of combining a creative outlet with a flexible job that keeps me close to my family. I chose the name because I’ve always loved the conversations and relationships built while sitting on the front porch. It’s a space for connection, warmth, and reflection—just like the jewelry I curate for this shop.
